A seamless combination of your in-stock items and the Relay items you choose to offer will appear in your online storefront. To your customer, the ordering and payment process is the same whether the items they buy are Relay, in-stock, or a combination of the two. They can even choose between direct shipment and in-store pickup.

The Run Free Project platform is $399 per month flat-rate. This includes unrestricted functionality across our website builder, POS-integrated ecommerce, Relay (our brand-fed endless aisle solution), social media automations, our integrations library, and 24/7/365 live support.

The Run Free Project’s Custom-Branded Loyalty Apps for Apple and Android devices is $499 per month. This includes initial design, app store listing management (including all recurring app updates and approvals), our integrations library, and 24/7/365 tech support for you AND your customers.

These products can be purchased as a bundle or a la carte. We do not charge transaction fees or commissions.

Nope. The Run Free Project is designed to be simple and pain-free. We never charge commissions or transaction fees of any kind (even for endless aisle sales). There aren’t any hidden costs either. All subscriptions are a flat monthly rate.

Yes! We’ll set up your website and/or ecommerce store on any domain or subdomain you’d like. You have full control and you’ll reap the SEO benefits of hosting all content on your domain instead of ours.

Yes, your Run Free Project subscription includes secure, unlimited hosting.

There are none. All Run Free Project subscriptions include unlimited bandwidth for free.

Yes, if you ever decide that the Run Free Project isn’t the best commerce platform for your business, you can cancel your account at any time.

Please note, if you are a Run Free Project Loyalty App subscriber, a 60 day notice is required to cover close out costs associated with decommissioning the app store listings and repositories.
